高压氧联合现代康复治疗对脑梗死偏瘫患者运动功能恢复的效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究脑梗死偏瘫患者应用高压氧与现代康复联合治疗模式对其运动功能的影响及效果。方法选择2016年5月至2017年5月于本院治疗的脑梗死偏瘫患者74例,采用随机数字表法将其分为实验组与参照组,每组37例。其中参照组采用常规康复训练治疗模式,实验组实施高压氧与现代康复治疗模式,对比两组患者治疗前后相关指标及临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗前比较差异无统计学意义,经治疗两组患者运动功能均有所改善,但治疗后实验组运动功能评分及巴氏指数均高于参照组,实验组脑梗死偏瘫患者临床恢复总有效率(97.30%)明显高于参照组(83.78%),两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论单一应用康复治疗其效果不明显,通过在康复治疗基础之上联合应用高压氧治疗能够有效改善患者运动功能,恢复患者正常生活,应予以临床推广。Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and modern rehabilitation combined therapy on cerebral infarction in patients with hemiplegia. Methods Seventy-four patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group, with 37 cases in each group. The reference group used the conventional rehabilitation training mode, and the experimental group implemented hyperbaric oxygen and modern rehabilitation treatment models, and compared the relevant indicators and clinical treatment effects of the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment. The motor function of the two groups was improved after treatment. However, the motor function score and the Barthel index of the experimental group were higher than the reference group after the treatment. The total effective rate of clinical recovery in patients with hemiplegia (97.30%) was significantly higher than that in the reference group (83.78%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of single-application rehabilitation therapy is not obvious. The combination of hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of rehabilitation therapy can effectively improve the motor function of patients and restore the normal life of patients. It should be promoted clinically.
