摘　　要：供给侧改革对高等职业院校专业建设产生了潜移默化的影响。随着高等职业院校办学自主权不断得到扩大,高职院校普遍存在专业设置、调整的随意性、盲目性等现象,最终导致高职教育的供给与社会对人才需求不匹配。构建一套操作性强的专业动态调整机制效果评价体系,以期促进优化高职院校专业结构和布局,提高高职专业建设水平,使专业培养人才能够切实符合经济社会转型升级的需要,全面提高升高职人才培养质量,促进专业内涵建设。Supply-side reform has exerted a subtle influence on the professional construction of Higher Vocational colleges.With the expanding autonomy of Higher Vocational colleges,there are many phenomena in Higher Vocational colleges,such as specialty setting,randomness of adjustment and blindness,which eventually lead to the mismatch between the supply of higher vocational education and the social demand for talents.To construct a set of highly operational evaluation system of dynamic adjustment mechanism of specialty,in order to promote the optimization of the structure and layout of specialty in Higher Vocational colleges,improve the level of specialty construction in Higher Vocational colleges,so as to make specialty training meet the needs of economic and social transformation and upgrading,improve the quality of personnel training in Higher Vocational Colleges in an all-round way,and promote the construction of specialty connotation.
