摘　　要：智能化管理给图书馆带来新的发展契机,也对一线馆员的基本技能造成一定影响,为了实现"服务读者"的宗旨,在任何条件下都不能忽视对图书馆基本技能的学习掌握和应用,一线馆员依旧要熟悉馆藏、了解读者,做到"知书""识人"才能更好地为新时代的读者服务。Intelligent management brings new opportunities for the development of libraries,but also exerts certain impacts over the basic skills of frontline librarians.For the purpose of serving readers,we should attach great importance to the basic skills of library management under any conditions.Frontline librarians still need to get familiar with the library collections and readers,so that they can better serve readers in the new era.
