“互联网+”背景下地方经济发展对跨境电商人才需求的调查与分析——以桂林市为例

摘　　要：随着"互联网+"的日益深入,传统企业的商务活动经营模式由于交易速度缓慢、交易过程繁琐等原因越来越难以符合现代经济发展的需要,而跨境电子商务则呈现出快速发展的势头。其快速发展带来的直接影响就是跨境电商人才的供不应求。选择桂林作为研究对象进行调查发现:桂林作为世界著名旅游胜地,被列为国家电子商务示范基地与示范城市,其跨境电商人才严重短缺,不利于提高桂林企业效益,对桂林地方经济的进一步发展造成阻碍。基于此,调查报告指出:跨境电商的高速发展催生桂林跨境电商人才需求;其次,结合桂林的实际情况,对"互联网+"时代桂林跨境电商人才培养提出几点建议,其中包括:建立和完善跨境电子商务技术人才市场体系;建立培训机构和实践基地;增强校企合作;针对现有人才进行侧重性知识技能培训等。以期为地方经济发展提供参考与依据。With the prevalent application of Internet+in China so far,traditional international business transactions are being changed to the new ones through cross-border e-commerce.However,problems has arisen as a result of serious shortage of talents on cross-border ecommerce.Taking the city of Guilin as an example,the paper reveals that the shortage of talents on cross-border e-commerce is mainly responsible for the underdevelopment of local economy.So the paper puts forward suggestions as follows:setting up and improving the talents’system of cross-border e-commerce;establishing training institutes and bases for practice;empowering the cooperation between colleges and enterprises;providing relative technical training for the present talents.
