摘  要:挥发分是确定煤炭分类的一个重要指标。影响挥发分测定结果的因素有很多,不同实验条件都会产生不同的实验结果。主要探讨坩埚对测定煤挥发分的影响,结果显示,坩埚对挥发分的产率是有影响的,煤挥发分随坩埚质量的增加以及坩埚壁厚、坩埚盖质量的增加,呈现出线性降低的趋势;用热坩埚架测定的结果明显高于用冷却的坩埚架测定的结果。Volatile matter is an important index to determine the classification of coal.However,there are many factors that affect the determination of volatile matter,different experimental conditions will produce different experimental results.This paper mainly discusses the influence of crucible on the determination of coal volatilization.The results show that the crucible has an effect on the yield of volatile matter,and the coal volatile matter increases with the weight of the crucible and the thickness of the crucible wall and the weight of the cauldron cover,but showed a linear decreasing trend.The results measured by hot crucible stand are obviously higher than those by cooling crucible rack.
