摘  要:研究了P507和皂化P507对水的萃取行为,并针对氯化镧的萃取,研究了皂化P507萃取稀土过程中水在有机相中的分布。结果表明:盐酸的存在会抑制水进入P507中,NH+4的存在会促进水进入P507中;氨皂化后的P507更易萃取水;萃取时提高相比(VO∶VA)有利于缩短皂化P507萃取稀土的分相时间,避免乳化现象发生。The extraction behaviors for water of P507 and saponified-P507 were investigated.The distribution of water in the organic phase during extraction of rare earth such as lanthanum chloride by saponified -P507 was also examined.The results show that the presence of hydrochloric acid in water phase inhibits water entering into P507,and the presence of NH + 4 promotes water entering into P507.Saponified P507 is easier to extract water than P507.Increasing of V O∶ V A is in favour of shortening the time of phase separation and preventing the emulsification.
