摘  要:双轴差速式微量进给伺服系统是基于螺母驱动型滚珠丝杠的新型高精度微量进给系统。首先分别应用吉村允效法、查表法和辨识方法得到各结合部的刚度值,建立各结合部的动力学模型,建立进给系统的有限元模型。然后对进给系统分别进行理论模态分析和模态测试试验,通过对比验证了有限元模型的正确性。模态分析为双轴差速微量进给伺服进给系统的结构设计、动态性能优化和控制策略设计与研究提供了理论依据。The two axis differential micro feed servo system is a high-precision micro feed motion platform based on nut driven ball screw. The dynamic characteristics of ball screw feed system are of great importance to system optimization design,and have important influence on positioning accuracy and machining performance. Firstly,the stiffness values of each joint are obtained by using the Yoshimura method,table lookup method and identification method,respectively,and the dynamic model of each joint is established A finite element model of feed system is then established based on the theory of joint parts. On this basis,the theoretical and experimental modal analyses of the feed system are carried out,and the correctness of the finite element model is verified through the comparison of the modal shape and the natural frequency. The modal analysis provides a theoretical basis for the structural design,dynamic performance optimization,control strategy design and research of dual-axis differential micro-feed servo feed system.
