摘 要:采用"恩威并用、赏罚分明"的方式进行了实验技术队伍建设的改革和实践,为新时期实验教学示范中心建设和持续改进提供了思路。以实验教学示范中心建设为导向,制定了实验技术人员岗位职责及聘任办法,特别强调了工作实绩、工作态度和社会服务,明确了工作目标。基于自我发展理念,设计了个人发展规划和培养方案,增加了归属感。针对省级实验教学示范中心验收指标,设计了实验技术人员教学工作当量计算办法,保证了工作量和工作质量评价的公平性;最后,提出了实验教学成果激励办法,有效提升了实验技术人员的工作积极性和主观能动性。经过近3年的持续建设,成果显著,充分展示了实验技术队伍改革与实践的有效性。A reform of the construction of the experimental technical team was carried out by means of "environmental use,rewards and penalties" in Beijing Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center. First,job responsibilities were formulated,with emphasis on work performance, work attitude and social services, this defined work goals of experimental technical team. Second,personal development planning and training programs were designed to increase the sense of belonging based on the concept of self-development. Then,an equivalent calculation method for the experimental teaching work was designed to ensure the fairness. Finally,an encouragement method was proposed to effectively improve the work. After nearly three years of continuous construction,the results have been remarkable and have fully demonstrated the effectiveness of the experimental techncal team reform.
