摘 要:在我国经济下行压力增大,大学生就业紧张的环境下,鼓励大学生创业是一种很好的解决方法。大学生创业成功,不仅提升了自己的能力,还带动一批同学就业,能缓解大学生就业压力。但是在校大学生创业会碰到很多困难,最大的问题是如何协调学业,如何在上课、考试及运营自己公司当中合理分配时间与精力。通过与上海交通大学合作,由高素质的创业导师队伍构建高效SPOC教学平台,在平台上处理好"微"与"全"的关系,以学生个人成长为中心,能很好地解决大学生创业的后顾之忧,助力大学生创业,实现真正意义上的大众创业、万众创新。Because the pressure on the economy continues to increase,the employment of college students meets nervous environment,encouraging entrepreneurship is a good solution. The entrepreneur success not only enhances students’ ability,also can lead students employment,so that can greatly reduce the employment pressure of college students in our country. But the start of entrepreneur will encounter a lot of the difficulties,the biggest problem is how to coordinate the relation of school,course,examination and operation of their companies in a reasonable allocation. Through the cooperation with Shanghai Jiao Tong University,we build an efficient SPOC teaching platform by a business mentor team. On the platform teachers and students can deal with the relation of "micro business"and "macro business". With center of student growth,the platform can solve the worries of students’ entrepreneurship,help college students start their business,and realize the true meaning of the public entrepreneurship and innovation.
