摘　　要：实验室建设是一个系统工程,建设质量的高低关系到资金使用效益、设备利用效果和实验教学质量。应用PDCA循环法,即计划、实施、检查、行动(或处理)这一科学的闭环管理程序,在实验室建设规划、设备选型、招标采购、工程验收、实验改革、实验教学及开放实施等一系列工作上,进行了深入的思考与实践。提出从实验室环境建设、教学资源建设,到实验教学实施的全流程应用PDCA循环法,获得了较好的成效。Laboratory construction is a systematic project,the construction quality of is related to the effective use of funds,equipment utilization effect and the quality of experimental teaching. In this essay,by using PDCA cycle method,a scientific closed-loop management procedure,including the planning,implementation,inspection and action( or disposal),is applied to the laboratory construction planning,equipment selection,tendering and purchase,engineering acceptance,experimental reform,experimental teaching and open implementation. It puts forward to apply PDCA cycle method to the whole process from laboratory environment construction,teaching resources construction to experimental teaching,and good results have been achieved.
