摘　　要：分析了上海市医养结合政策实施背景和信息系统需求现状,阐述了构建区域性医养结合支持平台的目的和意义,介绍了平台的系统设计和运行模式,论述了其功能作用和效果。This paper analyzes the policy implementation background of the medical-nursing integration policy in Shanghai and the current demand of information system.It expounds the purpose of constructing the regional support platform for medical-nursing combined care,introduces the design and operation mode of the platform system and are introduced,and presents the function and effect of the platform.
