摘 要:目的探索运用DRGs管理工具评价住院服务绩效的医疗质量管理模式。方法收集某省29所三级甲等综合医院病案首页年报表,选取入组率排名在前6名的医院作为本文研究对象,进行基于DRGs区域综合医院住院服务绩效评价分析。结果对比分析相关指标,A医院住院服务绩效分值位居首位,E医院综合绩效总分最低。结论采用DRGs进行综合医院住院服务绩效评价,能够体现同类医院相对技术水平和差异,有利于加强医疗卫生机构绩效综合管理,改变传统绩效考核标准不清的现象,从而提高医疗服务质量。Objective To explore a new model of medical quality management by using DRGs management tools to evaluate the performance of hospital services.Methods The annual report of the first page medical record in 29 tertiary general hospitals in a certain province was collected,the top six hospitals in the group were selected as the object,analyzed the performance of inpatient services based on DRGs regional general hospitals.Results Comparison and analysis of related indicators,inpatient service performance score of hospital A ranked first,hospital E ranked the lowest.Conclusion The use of DRGs for general hospital inpatient service performance evaluation can reflect the relative technical level and differences of similar hospitals,which is beneficial to strengthen the comprehensive management of medical institutions’ performance,and change the unclear standards performance evaluation in traditional way,thus to improve the quality of medical services.
