摘　　要：目的:通过对嗜酸乳杆菌与SiHa细胞(宫颈癌鳞状上皮细胞癌)黏附性能的研究,为开发嗜酸乳杆菌相关微生态制剂提供实验室数据.方法:运用光镜分析嗜酸乳杆菌对传代培养的宫颈上皮细胞SiHa细胞的黏附指数.结果:嗜酸乳杆菌在黏附1h和2h后进行效果观察,随着黏附时间的延长,黏附效果在2h较佳.结论:嗜酸乳杆菌对SiHa细胞的黏附能力强.Objective To investigate the adhesive ability of Lactobacillus acidophilus to Siha cells (Cervical squamous epithelial cells). Methods The adhesion indexes of Siha cells in the cultured cervical epithelial cells was analyzed by optical microscope. Results The effect of Lactobacillus acidophilus were observed after adhesion of 1h and 2h. The adhesion effect was better at 2H with the extension of adhesion time. Conclusion Lactobacillus acidophilus had strong adhesion to Siha cells.
