试论高校大学生就业指导服务体系的完善

摘　　要：随着时代的发展和社会的进步,建立完善的高校大学生就业指导服务体系是大势所趋。然而在实际情况中,就业指导机构没有发挥自身功能,就业指导团队缺乏建设意识,就业指导体系不够健全,高校应对这些问题予以重视。分析当前大学生就业现状及高校就业指导方面存在的问题,提出相应的解决措施。With the progress of the society, it is the trend of establishing a sound employment guidance system for college students. However, in reality, there are many problems as follows: professional employment guidance group did not exert its function, the guidance team did not raise awareness and employment guidance system is not sound. There is a need to attach importance to these problems. This paper makes a preliminary analysis on the employment situation of college students and proposes appropriate solutions.
