摘　　要：目的:探讨一次性胃管用于直肠癌不完全性肠梗阻患者术前肠道准备的临床价值。方法:从笔者所在医院外科2015年2月-2018年12月收治的直肠癌患者中随机抽取不能口服泻剂的不完全性肠梗阻患者64例,分为试验组和对照组,各32例。试验组使用一次性胃管进行肠道准备,对照组使用常规灌肠法。对比两组患者肠道清洁度、耐受性和术后并发症发生率的情况。结果:试验组患者的耐受性、肠道准备的清洁度均优于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一次性胃管用于直肠癌不完全性肠梗阻患者的术前准备,肠道清洁度高,患者不适感轻,术后并发症少,具有一定的临床价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of bowel preparation before surgery with disposable gastric tube for patients of rectal cancer with incomplete intestinal obstruction.Method:From February 2015 to December 2018,64 patients with incomplete intestinal obstruction who couldn’t take laxatives orally were randomly selected and divided into the experimental group(n=32) and the control group(n=32).Disposable gastric tube was used for bowel preparation in the experimental group,while conventional enema used in the control group.Intestinal cleaness,tolerance of patients and incidence of postoperative complications were analyzed.Result:Tolerance of patients and intestinal cleaness in the experimental group were superior to the control group,incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Disposable gastric tube used for patients of rectal cancer with incomplete intestinal obstruction can produce higher intestinal cleaness,milder discomfort of patients and fewer postoperative complications.It has certain clinical value.
