摘 要:为了校核某悬置系统是否满足性能要求,采用有限元技术对其进行极限强度分析,得到了其在垂向跳动工况、紧急制动工况和紧急转弯工况时的应力分布,均在其材料屈服范围之内。再对其进行模态分析,分析表明其前三阶模态频率均高于发动机的二阶点火激振频率,因此该悬置系统能够满足强度和模态设计要求。Aiming at checking whether a engine mounting system could meet performance requirements,the suspension bracket was ultimate strength analysised by adopting finite elements,the stress distribution in the working conditions of vertical,emergency braking and emergency turning were obtained,its stress were lower than the yield of the material.The modal anlysis showed that the first three mode frequencies were higher than the second order ignition frequency of the engine,so it could meet the strength and modal requirements.
