脑卒中康复中采用身心运动处方的可行性及有效性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中康复中采用身心运动处方的可行性及有效性。方法:选取70例脑卒中患者作为研究对象,研究时间为2016年1月-2018年5月,按照随机抽签方法分为两组,各35例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予身心运动处方治疗,两组均治疗8周,于治疗前、治疗后8周对两组患者的ADL评分、Berg平衡量表评分、上肢Fugi-meyer运动量表评分、改良Ashworth评分进行观察及评估。结果:治疗前,观察组与对照组的ADL评分、Berg平衡量表评分、Fugi-meyer运动量表评分、改良Ashworth评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后8周,观察组的ADL评分、Berg平衡量表评分、上肢Fugi-meyer运动量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后8周,观察组的改良Ashworth评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑卒中康复中采用身心运动处方具有较高临床价值,有利于提高日常生活活动能力及平衡能力,对改善预后具有积极作用,值得应用及推广。Objective:To explore the feasibility and effectiveness of physical and mental exercise prescription in rehabilitation of stroke.Method:From January 2016 to May 2018,70 patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the drawing of lots.35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,the observation group was treated with physical and mental exercise prescription on the basis of the control group.Before and 8 weeks after treatment,the ADL score,Berg scale score,and upper limb Fugi-meyer scale score of the two groups were evaluated.The modified Ashworth score was observed and evaluated.Result:There were no significant differences in the ADL score,Berg scale score,upper limb Fugi-meyer scale score and the modified Ashworth score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),but the ADL score,the Berg balance scale score and the Fugi-meyer motor scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),the modified Ashworth score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 8 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of physical and mental exercise prescription in the rehabilitation of stroke has high clinical value,which is beneficial to improve the ability of daily living and balance,and has a positive effect on improving the prognosis.It is worth applying and popularizing.
