摘  要:目的分析医学生临床实习教学的现状,阐述改进策略,观察改进效果。方法在本院2014年6月—2018年6月的临床实习生中,随机选取200人作为样本,采用随机抽签法,将其分为两组,对照组采用常规方法教学,观察组采用PBL教学模式教学,对教学方法进行改进,观察实习生成绩的对比情况及满意度。结果观察组实习生教学后理论知识(94.15±1.46)分、实践技能(92.30±2.09)分、学习兴趣99%、课堂参与度89%、学习主动性90%、教学方法满意度99%,与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL教学模式应用到医学生临床实习教学中,对教学模式进行改进,可提高实习生的理论素质与实践技能,提高实习生满意度。Objective To analyze the current situation of clinical practice teaching for medical interns,to elaborate improvement strategies and to observe the effect of improvement.Methods From June 2014 to June 2018,200 clinical interns students in our hospital were randomly selected as samples and divided into two groups.The control group was taught with conventional method.The observation group was taught with PBL teaching mode improving the teaching method,the the comparison of intern results and satisfaction was observed.Results In the observation group,the interns’scores of post-teaching theoretical knowledge was(94.15±1.46)points,practical skills was(92.30±2.09)points,learning interest was 99%,classroom participation was 89%,learning initiative was 90%and teaching method satisfaction was 99%,which were significantly different from those in the control group.There was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying PBL teaching model to clinical practice teaching of medical interns and improving the teaching model can improve the theoretical quality and practical skills of interns and improve the satisfaction of interns.
