凝血酶原与西咪替丁联合治疗新生儿上消化道出血的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究凝血酶原与西咪替丁联合治疗新生儿上消化道出血的效果。方法根据随机数字表法将2017年3月—2019年2月期间本院接收的上消化道出血患儿76例分为对照组和观察组,38例/组,两组均实施常规治疗,对照组加用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用凝血酶原联合西咪替丁治疗。将两组上消化道出血患儿的止血时间、临床效果、不良反应发生情况进行比对。结果观察组上消化道出血患儿的止血时间(1.38±0.74)d短于对照组(3.20±1.68)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组上消化道出血患儿临床总有效率(97.37%)高于对照组(81.58%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿消化道出血的治疗中采用凝血酶原和西咪替丁安全有效,止血效果良好。Objective To study the effect of thrombin combined with cimetidine in the treatment of neonatal upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods According to the random number table method,76 cases of children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were divided into the control group and the observation group,38 cases/group,both of which received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with thrombin combined with cimetidine.hemostasis time,clinical effect and adverse reactions of two groups of children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were compared.Results The hemostasis time of children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group(1.38±0.74)d was shorter than that of the control group(3.20±1.68)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of children with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the observation group(97.37%)was higher than that in the control group(81.58%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prothrombin and cimetidine are safe and effective in the treatment of neonatal gastrointestinal bleeding with good hemostatic effect.
