基于出动架次率的外场维修保障模式仿真研究

摘　　要：针对飞机出动架次率这一核心问题,本文构建两种不同的外场维修保障模式。首先采用蒙特卡洛方法构建模型,利用Matlab软件计算固定机组制下的出动架次率;然后构建基于闭排队网络的飞机出动模型,采取平均值分析方法计算不同专业分工下外场出动架次率;最后,针对仿真结果进行横向与纵向的对比分析。结果表明:发生只能由中继级才能维修的故障时,将会大大缩减外场出动架次率;在保证外场出动架次率的前提下,技术保障制维修模式仅需更少的保障人数便能完成机务大队的保障任务,三专业保障模式较四专业保障模式出动架次率有明显提升。Two different types of outfield guarantee modes are constructed in this paper,Monte-Carlo method is used to construct the model,and Matlab software is used to calculate the sorting-out rate of the fixed unit system.And then the aircraft response model based on closed queueing network is built,the analysis method is used to calculate sortie rate of the average method to calculate the field sortie generation rate under different professional division of labor.Finally,this paper makes a comparative discussion between horizontal and vertical,and puts forward its own views on the reform of the current field maintenance mode.
