摘 要:安全是铁路运输的重中之重,加强运输设备安全管理对于保障铁路正常秩序具有重要意义。动车组具备运行速度快,安全性能好,运量大的良好特性,在铁路运输设备中占据重要地位,为进一步完善动车组安全标准化管理,在综合考虑影响动车组安全态势的内外因素基础上,首次构建了基于运用质量、质量鉴定、安全专项整治等6个维度的动车组安全标准化评估指标体系,并建立了基于支持向量回归(SVR)的动车组安全标准化评估模型,仿真结果说明,上述模型高效合理,可操作性强,评估结果符合路局业务部门实际情况,适用于动车组安全标准化评估。Safety is the top priority of railway transportation,and strengthening the safety management of transportation equipment is of great significance for guaranteeing the normal order of railway.EMU has the good characteristics of fast running speed,good safety performance,large volume,and occupies an important position in railway transportation equipment.In order to further improve the safety standardization management of EMU,on the basis of considering the internal and external factors which affect the safety situation of EMU,this paper constructs an EMU safety standardization evaluation index system based on six dimensions of quality appraisal and safety special rectification,and sets up the safety standardization evaluation model of EMU based on support vector regression(SVR) method,the simulation shows that the model is efficient,reasonable and operable,and the evaluation result conforms to the actual situation of bureau business department,and is applicable to the EMU safety standardization assessment.
