摘  要:目的:探索大学生艾滋病防治宣传教育与性教育管理模式。方法:2017年3月-2018年7月期间,通过开展相关艾滋病防治宣传教育与性教育工作后,分析我校大学生介入前后艾滋病知识知晓和发生性行为、安全套使用情况。结果:介入前696名大学生艾滋病知识知晓率为54.9%低于介入后510名大学生艾滋病知识知晓率为80.8%(P<0.05),且各条目知识知晓率不平衡.介入前性行为发生率(21.7%)高于介入后性行为发生率(12.2%)(P<0.05)。介入前发生性行为时安全套使用率高于介入后(P<0.05)。介入后女大学生发生性行为时安全套的使用情况好于男大学生(P<0.05)。结论:高校应针对男女大学生生理、心理、社会学方面的不同特征分别制定不同的艾滋病防治宣传教育与性教育计划。高校应加强网络教育,推广全面行教育,加强艾滋病警示宣传教育,联合政府等相关部门加强校园周边宏观环境的调控和净化。Objective To explore the education and sexual education management model of AIDS prevention and treatment in college students. Method From March 2017 to July 2018, after carrying out relevant AIDS prevention and treatment publicity education and sex education work, the knowledge of AIDS and sexual behavior and condom use of college students before and after the intervention were analyzed. Results The AIDS knowledge awareness rate of 696 college students before intervention was 54.9%, which was lower than that of 510 college students after intervention 但0.8%, P<0.05). The incidence of sex before intervention (21.7%) was higher than that after intervention (12.2%)(P<0.05). The condom use rate before intervention was higher than that after intervention (P<0.05). After intervention, the condom use of female college students during sexual intercourse was better than that of male college students (Pv0.05). Conclusion Colleges and universities should make different AIDS prevention measures according to the different characteristics of male and female college students.
