摘　　要：目的:分析青少年人群错[牙合]畸形发生与龋病间的关系。方法:2位研究者自六大英文文献检索数据库中独立进行11~20岁恒牙列青少年错[牙合]畸形与龋病发生相关性文献选择、数据提取和文献偏倚分析。对龋失补牙数(DMFT)与牙列美观指数(DAI)的关系进行Meta分析。结果:共检索文献2 908篇,剔除重复及不符合纳入标准文献,获得16篇全文文献,其中4篇横断面研究符合系统评价标准。对所纳入的错[牙合]畸形与龋病存在关联的3篇文献进行Meta分析发现,DAI<26青少年人群的DMFT低于DAI为26~30、31~35、≥36的人群;DAI为26~30与DAI为31~35的青少年人群相比,DMFT无显著差异(P>0.05),但二者均低于DAI≥36的人群(P<0.05)。结论:现有文献提示青少年错[牙合]畸形与龋病存在相关性。Objective: To analyse the relationship between malocclusion and caries in adolescents. Methods: Published articles were searched from 6 electrical databases. 2 reviewers screened the articles, extracted the data and analyzed the bias of each data in dependently. Meta analysis was performed for the reported mean decayed, missing and filled teeth (DMFT), dental aesthetic index (DAI) and prevalence of malocclusion. Results: A total of 2 908 articles were found and 16 of them were qualified for the study. A- mong them, 4 cross sectional studies were included for systematic review. Only 1 of the 4 articles reported there was no statistical sig nificance between the malocclusion and caries. Further Meta analysis indicated that except for the subjects with DAI=26 - 30 vs. DAI=31 - 35 , lower DAI meant lower DMFT index. Conclusions: Present studies indicate that malocclusion is related with caries in adolescents.
