摘　　要：目的:分析口腔鳞状细胞癌(OSCC)中RAF激酶抑制蛋白(RKIP)的表达情况及其与临床特点的相关性。方法:用免疫组织化学染色法和Western blot检测RKIP在OSCC组织(50例)、癌旁正常组织(50例)、头颈部淋巴结转移组织(22例)以及口腔黏膜白斑(30例)的表达,统计分析RKIP蛋白表达与OSCC的临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果:与癌旁正常组织比较,RKIP在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达明显减少(P<0.05),在转移的淋巴组织中减少更明显甚至无RKIP表达(P<0.05);RKIP表达下调与OSCC的淋巴结转移和临床分期显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:RKIP的表达下降在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起到一定作用,与肿瘤的侵袭及转移相关。Objective: To study the expression of raf kinase inhibitor protein(RKIP) in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC) and its correlation with clinical features. Methods: Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of RKIP in OS CC tissue (n=50), adjacent non-cancerous tissues (n=50), lymph node with metastases of OSCC (n=22) and oral leukoplakia le sions (n=30). The correlation between RKIP expression and clinicopathological features of OSCC was analyzed. Results: RKIP expres sion was dramatically downregulated in OSCC(P < 0. 05), and to a greater extent in metastatic lymph nodes, even no RKIP expression (P <0.05). The expression of RKIP was negatively correlated with the lymph node metastasis and clinical staging of OSCC(P <0. 05). Conclusion : Down requlation of RKIP expression in OSCC may play a role in the development of OSCC, and may be associated with the invasion and metastasis of the tumor.
