摘　　要：目的:观察游离皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损时颞浅动、静脉作为受区血管的临床应用效果。方法:回顾分析2015-08~2018-10期间12例采用颞浅动静脉作为受区血管的病例资料,结合相关文献进行分析讨论。结果:12例皮瓣完全成活,伤口愈合良好,术后无严重并发症发生。结论:颞浅动静脉用作游离皮瓣移植的受区血管是安全可靠的。Objective: To study the effects of superficial temporal artery and vein as recipient vessels for free flap in the reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial defects. Methods: 12 cases with oral and maxillofacial defects were treated by free flap with temporal superfi cial vessels as the recipient vessels between August 2015 and October 2018 , the effects were observed, and the relevant literature was reviwed. Results: All 12 free flaps were successed, all wounds were well healed, no serious complications occurred after operation. Conclusion: It is safe and reliable to use the superficial temporal vessels as recipient vessels for free flap transplantation.
