T淋巴细胞亚群检测在口腔扁平苔藓治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测在口腔扁平苔藓治疗中的应用价值。方法:纳入有效病例367例,按照外周血CD4^+/CD8^+比值分组。采用口服羟氯喹片治疗的口腔扁平苔藓患者,依照外周血T淋巴细胞亚群计数CD4^+/CD8^+比值组随访观察疗效和复发情况,评估外周血CD4^+/CD8^+比值与治疗效果的关联。治疗后6月随访复发情况。结果:外周血CD4^+/CD8^+比值升高组136例,治疗有效率为95.59%,比值正常及以下者231例,有效率为70.99%(χ^2=50.27,P<0.01)。CD4^+/CD8^+比值升高组复发率为4.62%,比值正常及以下组复发率为26.22%(χ^2=30.69,P<0.01)。结论:T淋巴细胞亚群检测对口腔扁平苔藓的临床治疗及预后有指导意义。Objective: To explore the application value of T lymphocyte subgroup in peripheral blood in the treatment of oral lichen planus (OLP). Methods: 367 patients with OLP were included and grouped according to the CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio in peripheral blood. The patients were treated by hydroxychloroquine tablet. The curative effect and the relapse of OLP were observed 3 and 6 months after treatment respectively. The relevance between the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ in peripheral blood and the therapeutic effect of OLP was as sessed. Results: There were 136 cases with higher value of CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio(elevation group) and 231 cases with nonnal and lower value(NL group). The effective rate of treatment in the elevation group was 95. 59% and 70. 99% in the NL group(P <0.01). The recurrence rate of elevation group and NL group was 4. 62% and 26. 22% respectively (P <0. 01). Conclusion: The detection of T lymphocyte subsets is valuable for the clinical treatment and assessment of prognosis of OLP.
