摘　　要：食用菌不仅有较强的营养价值和药用价值,而且也极具观赏性,属于农副产品中商业附加值较高的一类,随着各地"休闲游"的兴起,在系统化开发旅游资源的过程中强化食用菌资源的有效利用可以让旅游主题更为明确,进一步增强农业产业的多元化管理,全面提升农业资源的利用价值,使其成为农业产业商业化运作模式中的一个"明星产品"。Edible fungi not only have strong nutritional value and medicinal value,but also have great ornamental value. They are of higher commercial added value in agricultural products. With the rise of "leisure tourism" around the world,strengthening the effective utilization of edible fungi resources in the process of systematic development of tourism resources can make tourism theme clearer. By enhancing diversified management and increasing resource utilization,edible fungi can become a star product in agricultual commerciaization.
