摘 要:目的:比较两种儿童口腔科临床实习教学模式。方法:对照组学生直接接诊患者;实验组接诊前分析复诊患者的病情、配合度、治疗注意事项。比较两组的临床实习表现。结果:实验组临床诊断和操作能力及出科成绩显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的平均龋齿充填数(9.39)显著高于对照组(6.21)(P=0.006)。结论:改良临床实习教学模式可有效提高学习和临床操作效率。Objective: To compare the clinical practice teaching modes of two children's stomatology departments. Methods: The students in the control group received the patients directly;the experimental group analyzed the condition, cooperation degree and treatment precautions of the patients after the consultation. The clinical internship performance of the two groups was compared. Results: The clinical diagnosis and operation ability and outpatient scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05). The average caries filling number (9.39) in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (6.21)(P = 0.006). Conclusion: Improved clinical practice teaching mode can effectively improve the efficiency of learning and clinical operation.
