摘  要:目的:探讨基于项目的团队学习(PBGS)结合案例教学法在神经科临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:16名神经科硕士研究生分为两组,实验组采用PBGS结合案例教学法,对照组采用传统的教学查房方法。以结业成绩:专业理论、外语和技能成绩为评价指标。结果:实验组专业理论成绩(79.63±6.97)分,显著优于对照组的(71.38±5.26)分(P<0.05),外语和技能成绩两组无明显差异。结论:PBGS结合案例教学法有利助于提高神经科研究生的理论基础。Objective: To explore the combined effect of project-based group study (PBGS) and the case teaching method in neurology postgraduate students.Methods 16 postgraduate students were enrolled as research subjects. The students were divided into two groups: 8 students in the experimental group were subjected to PBGS and case teaching method;8 students in the control group were subjected to traditional teaching using the ward-round method. Final examination scores in neurology, foreign language, and clinical skills were compared to assess teaching quality. Results Scores on the neurology exam in the experimental group (79.63±6.97) were significantly higher than in the control group (71.38±5.26)(p<0.05). There were no significant differences in foreign language or clinical skill scores between these two groups. Conclusion PBGS combined with the case teaching method can improve neurology exam scores and the ability of postgraduate students to learn independently.
