摘  要:采用紫甘蓝和板栗壳天然染料对羊绒织物进行同浴复合染色,考察了紫甘蓝和板栗壳天然染料提取液体积比、提取液用量、染色温度、染色时间、染液pH、媒染剂用量和媒染方法等参数对染色效果的影响,并对染后羊绒织物的K/S值和b值进行了测试。结果表明,经优化后紫甘蓝和板栗壳天然染料对羊绒织物复合染色的最佳工艺为:紫甘蓝和板栗壳天然染料提取液体积比3∶2,提取液用量80%,75℃,60 min,染液pH 5,同浴媒染的媒染剂用量5%,K/S值可以达到较高值,b值保持稳定。Cashmere fabric was compound dyed with natural dyes of purple cabbage and chestnut shell.The effects of volume ratio of extraction solution, concentration of exaction solution, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, pH, the amount of mordant and mordant dyeing methods on the dyeing perfomance of natural dye of purple cabbage and chestnut shell were studied. The K/S value and b value of dyed cashmere fabric were tested. The results showed that the optimum dyeing process of natural dyes of purple cabbage and chestnut shell for dyeing cashmere fabric was as follows: extraction solution volume ratio of purple cabbage and chestnut shell 3∶2, concentration of exaction solution 80%, 75 ℃, 60 min, pH=5, the dosage of one-bath mordanting mordant 5%. Under the optimum conditions, the K/S value could reach a higher level, while the b value remained stable.
