目标导向理论视域下警察院校徒手防卫与控制教学方法体系的创新

摘　　要：教学方法体系的创新是警察院校徒手防卫与控制教学改革发展的关键环节,也是提高警察院校徒手防卫与控制教学精准性的重要手段。而教学方法体系的创新与重组,需要必要的理论作为引导,用以确保教学方法体系创新的科学性与实效性。针对当前警察院校徒手防卫与控制教学的现状以及所存在的现实问题,基于目标导向理论的引导,从提高实用性(实战性)的视角出发,对徒手防卫与控制教学方法的创新进行研究,对相应的创新路径进行探讨,不仅有助于警察院校徒手防卫与控制教学实现适应性与实效性的发展,同时,对警察院校学生未来的职业发展具有重要的"筑基"作用。The innovation of teaching methods is the police colleges and universities of unarmed defence and control the key factor of promoting the development of teaching reform, and improve the police colleges and universities of unarmed defence and control precision of the important means of teaching. And the innovation of the teaching method system and restructuring, need necessary theory as the guide, to ensure the scientific nature and effectiveness of teaching method system innovation. Of unarmed defence and control for the current police colleges teaching present situation and the reality of the existence of problems, based on the goal orientation theory guidance, from the point of improving practicability(real), and the innovation of teaching methods of unarmed defence and control were studied, discusses corresponding innovation path, not only help the police colleges and universities of unarmed defence and control teaching adaptability and effectiveness of development, at the same time, the police college students’ future career development has the vital role "preconditions".
