摘　　要：本研究根据教育部中外合作办学监督工作信息平台上公布的数据,分析了黑龙江省高校本科层次及以上中外合作办学活动的区域分布、学科门类、办学模式和办学地域等,发现该省中外合作办学存在着引进学科老化、项目同质化严重、引进教学资源水平不高和合作高校区域集中等问题,并提出相应的发展对策。This study on sino-foreign cooperation in running schools according to the ministry of education supervision information platform data, analyzes the heilongjiang province universities undergraduate level and above the regional distribution of chineseforeign cooperation in running schools activities, disciplines, such as the educational patterns and regional, discover to there is the introduction of chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools in the province aging, project began, the introduction of teaching resources is not high and the cooperation colleges and universities regional focus, and put forward the corresponding development countermeasure.
