从严治党背景下大学生党员发展的探索与实践——以北京石油化工学院人文社科学院为例

摘　　要：大学生党员是社会主义事业合格的建设者和可靠接班人。本文以北京石油化工学院人文社科学院大学生党员发展作为研究对象,总结了人文社科学院大学生党员发展工作的主要做法,分析了人文社科学院大学生党员发展工作存在的主要问题,提出了加强和改进大学生党员发展工作的建议以及构建大学生党员发展质量保障体系的思路与措施。College student Party members are qualified builders and reliable successors of socialist cause. Taking the development of college student Party members in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences of Beijing Institute of Petrochemical Technology as the research object, this paper summarizes the main practices of the development of college student Party members in the Academy of Humanities and Social Sciences, analyses the main problems existing in the development of college student Party members in the School of Humanities and Social Sciences, and puts forward suggestions for strengthening and improving the development of college student Party members thoughts and measures of the system.
