摘　　要：习近平总书记在中国共产党第十九次全国代表大会上首次提出"新时代中国特色社会主义思想"。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想是全党全国人民为实现中华民族伟大复兴而奋斗的行动指南!也为我国高校思想政治教育工作指明了方向,同时也提出了新的要求。如何帮助大学生更好地学习和领会习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的精神实质与核心要义,是高校思想教育工作者当前面临的重大课题。我们只有深入学习,深刻体会,与思想政治教育工作实际结合起来,把握重点,找准问题,勇于创新,才能更好地促进当前高校办学水平的全面提升。At the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era" for the first time. Xi Jinping's thought on Socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era is the party of the national people's struggle for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation the guide to action, it pointed out the direction of the work for ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and also puts forward the new requirements. How to better help college students to learn and grasp new era xi core and the spirit of the Chinese characteristic socialism essence, is an important subject facing college ideological education worker.We only have in-depth learning, deeply understand, combined with ideological and political education work reality, grasp the key, find out problems, innovation, to promote better improve the level of higher education at present.
