论当代社会背景下对本科生高效管理和教育的关键因素

摘　　要：在当代社会背景之下,随着我国经济快速发展,社会、文化都发生了较大的改变,大学教育变得越来越普遍,随着时代的发展,本科生的个性特征也愈发鲜明,使高校本科生教育与管理面临着众多的问题和挑战。本文通过分析当代背景下本科生的个性特点,提出了高效管理本科生首先要提升高校的管理水平,拥有丰富的教学资源和庞大的师资力量,加强与世界一流大学的合作交流,从而推动我国高校教育改革、明确教育发展目标具有极其重要的作用。Under the contemporary social background, with the rapid development of China's economy, great changes have taken place in society and culture. College education has become more and more popular. With the development of the times, undergraduates' personality characteristics have become more distinct, which makes the education and management of undergraduates in colleges and universities face many problems and challenges. Based on the analysis of the personality characteristics of undergraduates under the contemporary background, this paper puts forward that effectivemanagement of undergraduates should first improve the management level of universities, possess abundant teaching resources and huge teachers, strengthen cooperation and exchanges with world-class universities, so as to promote the reform of higher education in China and clarify the development goals of education.
