摘　　要：研究生党支部是研究生党员贯彻党的基本路线和教育方针的政治核心和战斗堡垒,本文详细分析了高校研究生党支部工作的现状及成因,提出从构建党支部队伍建设新模式,推进党团班一体化形成育人共同体,探索"微党建"具体形式,增强对微媒介的驾驭能力,对标社会需求开展研究生党员服务等四个方面,探索高校研究生党建新模式,促进研究生全面发展。Postgraduate Party branch is the political core and Battle Fortress for postgraduate Party members to implement the Party's basic line and educational policy. This paper analyses in detail the current situation and causes of the work of postgraduate Party branch in colleges and universities, and puts forward a new mode of Party branch troop construction, promoting the integration of Party and League classes to form a community of educators, exploring specific forms of "micro-party building" and enhancing the control ability of micro-media. Four aspects, such as carrying out the service of postgraduate Party members to meet the needs of the bid society, are explored to explore a new mode of Party building for postgraduates in colleges and universities, and to promote the all-round development of postgraduates.
