摘　　要：高校学生创业必须自觉遵循市场经济规律,严格遵守相关法律法规,然而大学生创业者在创业活动开启、运营和终止的全过程中面临着多种纷繁复杂的法律风险。高校学生创业服务体系必须加强学生创业法律风险防范的教育与指导,创新大学生创业法律指导的教育过程和体系,针对大学生创业的自身特点有针对性地分类设计和提供法律指导意见和解决方案,提高创业法律教育指导的针对性和实效性。College studen ts' entrepreneurship must consciously follow the law of market economy and strictly abide by relevant laws and regulation s. However, college students' entrepreneurs are faced with a variety of complex legal risks in the whole process of starting, operating and terminating entrepreneurship activities. College students' entrepreneurship service system must strengthen the education and guidance of students' entrepreneurship legal risk prevention, innovate the educational process and system of col lege students' entrepreneurship legal guidance, design and provide legal guidance and solutions according to their own characteristics, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of entrepreneurship legal education guidance.
