综合疗法治疗剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻60例疗效观察

摘　　要：为观察综合疗法治疗剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻患者的疗效,将剖宫产术后急性假性结肠梗阻患者120例随机分为对照组和观察,每组60例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合疗法治疗,比较2组患者的血浆胃动素(MOT)、胃肠功能指标和生活质量评分(SF-36)。结果显示,观察组患者治疗后MOT水平明显高于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者腹围改变、肠鸣音消失、腹内压增高、便秘、肠内营养耐受不良的发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),观察组患者生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结果表明,剖宫产术后急性假性肠梗阻症状表现为明显的腹胀,应当对该类患者进行仔细观察,并给予及时治疗,可以有效地改善急性假性肠梗阻的症状。This study was to observe the effect of comprehensive therapy for acute pseudo-colonic obstruction( APCO)after cesarean,randomly divided 120patients with APCO after cesarean into control group(60 cases,routine treatment)and observation group(60cases,routine therapy plus comprehensive one),then compared both groups'plasma motilin(MOT),criterion of gastrointestinal function,the score on quality of life(SF-36).As results,in MOT level;in the incidence of abdominal circumference change,of rugitus removed, of inner pressure of abdomen uplifted,of constipation,and of gut's nutrition intolerance;and in the score on quality of life observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Results show that APCO after cesarean present as distinct burbulence symptom , which just can be improved effectively ought to carefully observe and timely treat it.
