摘  要:设计了一种基于MSP430[1]的控制装置温湿度监视系统,该系统集成温湿度采集监视、风机智能温控、风机故障检测和过温预警功能。系统采用内置嵌入式设计模式,包含1个温湿度采集模块、2个温湿度传感器和1个通信网关。温湿度传感器选用SHT30,用于采集装置顶部和底部的温湿度,并通过I2C总线上送到温湿度采集模块。温湿度采集模块选用MSP430G2553为主控芯片,用于温度采集、过温判断和风机状态检测,并根据采集的温度,输出不同占空比的PWM脉冲进行风机转速智能调节。温湿度采集模块将温湿度值、过温告警和风机故障状态字上传到网关,由网关上送到监控后台解析和显示。A temperature and humidity monitoring system based on MSP430 is designed.The system integrated temperature and humidity acquisition and monitoring,fan intelligent temperature control,fan fault detection and over temperature warning function.The system adopted built-in embedded design mode,including a temperature and humidity acquisition module,two temperature and humidity sensors and a communication gateway.The temperature and humidity sensor used SHT30 to collect the temperature and humidity at the top and bottom of the device,and sent it to the temperature and humidity acquisition module through the I^2C bus.The main controller of the temperature and humidity acquisition module was MSP430G2553,it performed temperature acquisition,the fan running state detection and over temperature judgment,and according to the collected temperature,intelligently adjusted the fan speed by outputting PWM pulses of different duty cycles.The temperature and humidity acquisition module uploaded the temperature and humidity value,the over temperature alarm and the fan fault status word to the gateway,and sent it to the monitoring background for resolution and display by the gateway.
