摘  要:以总多酚得率为优化目标,对超临界CO2萃取盐肤木叶中总多酚的工艺进行优化,并考察了总多酚的抗氧化性能。采用单因素实验研究了料液比、萃取温度、萃取压力和萃取时间对总多酚得率的影响规律。在此基础上通过响应面中的Box-Behnken法设计了四因素三水平优化实验。最优的工艺条件为:料液比(1∶2.15)g/mL,萃取温度47.69℃,萃取压力22.87MPa,萃取时间124.87min,预测最大的总多酚得率为8.85%。通过3组实验验证盐肤木叶中多酚平均得率为8.8%,与预测值较为接近。此外,盐肤木叶多酚的IC50为57.41μg/mL,表现出较强的抗氧化性能。The extraction process of total polyphenols from Rhus Chinensis leaves by supercritical CO2 was optimized with the extraction rate of total polyphenols as the optimization target.The antioxidant properties of total polyphenols were investigated.The effect of the ratio of material to liquid,the temperature of extraction,the pressure of extraction and the time of extraction on the extraction rate of total polyphenols was studied by single factor experiment.On this basis,four factors and three level optimization experiments were designed by Box-Behnken method in response surface.The results show that the optimum ratio of Rhus Chinensis to solvent is 1∶2.15 g/mL,the extraction temperature is 47.69℃,the extraction pressure is 22.87 MPa,and the extraction time is 124.87 min.The maximum total polyphenols extraction rate is 8.85%.Three groups of experiments show that the average extraction rate of total polyphenols in Rhus Chinensis leaves is 8.8%,which is close to the predicted value.In addition,IC 50 of total polyphenols is 57.41μg/mL.It indicates that total polyphenols of Rhus Chinensis leaves had strong antioxidant properties.
