摘　　要：高等教育国际化是地方高校为适应全球化时代对人才需求做出的全新选择,通过与国外大学的学术交流与互动,汲取先进教学理念和优秀教育资源,全面提升学生的理论知识、实践能力和综合素质。包头师范学院社会工作专业是全国首例ISEC项目专业,在本科生实践能力培养方面有优势也有不足,应从加强师资队伍建设、强化校内实训平台、专业方向性课程建设等方面提升学生实践能力。Internationalization of higher education is a new choice made by universities to adapt to the needs for top talents in the era of globalization.Through academic exchanges and interactions with foreign universities,advanced teaching concepts and excellent educational resources are acquired to comprehensively improve students’theoretical knowledge,practical skills and comprehensive quality.Taking the social work major of East China Normal University as an example,the author discussed the advantages and disadvantages of practical skills training of ISEC program social work undergraduates of Baotou Teachers College,and explored the strategies for its future development.
