摘　　要：目的建立连榆清膏微生物限度检查的方法。方法按2015版《中国药典》,对连榆清膏需氧菌总数、霉菌和酵母菌总数的计数方法及控制菌检查方法进行方法适用性试验。结果采用1∶200供试液进行需氧菌总数测定,采用1∶20供试液进行霉菌和酵母菌总数测定,采用培养基稀释法进行金黄色葡萄球菌检查,采用常规法进行铜绿假单胞菌检查。结论所选方法通过方法适用性试验,可用于连榆清膏的微生物限度检查。OBJECTIVE To set up the method for microbial limit test of Lian YuQing cream.METHODS According to Chinese pharmacopoeia(2015),the applicabilitywas tested for the total number of aerobic bacteria count,molds and yeast count and control bacteria test.RESULTS The total number of aerobic bacteria was determined by 1∶200 test solution;the total number ofmolds and yeast was determined by 1∶20 test solution;control bacteria were examined when Staphylococcus aureus was examined by medium dilution method,and pseudomonas aeruginosa was examined by general method.CONCLUSION The method passed the applicabilitytest andcan be used for microbial limit test of LianYuQing cream.
