美国药师实践培训对我国临床药师培养启示

摘　　要：目的临床药师培养已成为我国医疗服务发展的趋势,以美国药师的实践培训为借鉴,为我国高素质临床药师培养提供实践依据。方法介绍美国药师从Pharm.D实习、第一年住院药师到第二年住院药师的三个阶段实践培训过程。结果及结论美国已较为成熟的药师实践培训值得学习,特别是药学实践纵向结构化、住院药师和持续性实践三个方面。OBJECTIVE The cultivation of clinical pharmacists has become the trend of the development of medical service in China,according to the practicetraining of American pharmacists,which provides practical basis for the traini ng of our high quality clinical pharmacists.METHODS To introducethree stages of US pharmacists practice training process from Pharm.D internship,postgraduate year 1 residency to postgraduate year 2 residency.RESU LTS and CONCLUSION The developed practicetraining of American pharmacists is worth for us to learn,especially in the three aspects:pharmacy practice longitudinal structure,pharmacy residency and continuing practice.
