摘　　要：目的探讨贲门癌根治术食管吻合口出血的早期防治方法。方法回顾性分析2017年4月至2018年4月郑州大学附属肿瘤医院普外科270例接受贲门癌根治术患者的临床资料,所有患者完成食管处吻合后立即留置胃管,分析吻合口出血的原因,总结如何能够早期发现食管吻合口出血的临床经验。结果7例发生吻合口出血,术中发现4例并加固吻合口成功止血;术后发现3例,1例保守治疗成功止血,2例急诊手术成功止血。结论贲门癌术中留置胃管能够早期发现食管吻合口出血,可减少因吻合口出血的再手术。Objective The purpose of his study is to discuss the methods of early detecting esophageal anastomotic hemorrhage in oesoghpagogasrtic junction cancer resection.Method Of 270 patients with oesoghpagogasrtic junction cancer underwent resection in Henan Cancer Hospital between April2017 and April 2018.Gastric tube was immediately indwelled after anastomosing esophagus.To analysis the reasons of anastomotic hemorrhage and try to find a method that can early discover anastomotic hemorrhage.Results Anastomotic hemorrhage was observed in 7 patients,intraoperative hemorrhage in 4 patients were found through indwelling gastric tube and additional sutures were done.postoperative hemorrhage were found in 3 patients,1 case was successfully treated by conservation.re-operation were done in 2 patients.Conclusion Intraoperative indwelling gastric tube can be used to early detect anastomotic hemorrhage in oesophagogastric junction cancer resection,and avoiding re-operation.
