摘　　要：新型城镇化背景下,如何提高农村人力资本水平,改善农村剩余劳动力转移就业问题,是近年来学术研究的热点话题,也是新型城镇化建设中亟需解决的关键问题。通过分析农村人力资本水平较低现状的主要表征,进而探析人力资本水平对劳动力转移产生的主要影响,从而有针对性地提出了提高农村人力资本水平的相关建议。Under the background of new urbanization,how to improve the level of rural human capital and ameliorate the migration and employment of rural surplus labor force is a hot topic in academic circles and a key problem to be solved in the construction of new urbanization.Through the analysis of the main characteristics of the low level of human capital in rural areas,the author found out the main impacts of human capital level on the labor migration,and put forward targeted policy recommendations to improve the level of human capital in rural areas.
