终身教育理念下成人高教学籍管理的现状及变革

摘　　要：建设学习型社会,成人高教面临着改革和转型,其学籍管理也是变革要素之一。从管理者、管理对象,管理手段和管理内容方面分析了成人高教学籍管理现状和问题,并提出了树立终身教育和依法管理的管理理念、充分利用现代信息网络技术、建立有效的学籍管理人员培训激励机制、优化学籍管理流程、加强学籍数据挖掘等变革措施,以提升学籍管理的效率和水平。It is certain that adult higher education is facing with reform and transformation under the background of building a learning society.Similarly,student status management is also needed to reform.Therefore,the paper tries to analyze the current situation and problems of the student status management of adult higher education from the perspectives of manager,management object,means and content.On the other hand,itputs forwardsome suggestion such as setting up lifelong education rationale and abiding by the law.The purpose is to make full use of information network technology,establish an effective training incentive mechanism,strengthening data,and optimizing the management.Clearly,it is essential to improve the efficiency and level ofstudent status management.
