摘 要:目的:利用GUM法和MCM法对叠鞘石斛多糖含量测定方法进行不确定度评定。方法:建立数学模型,采用GUM法和MCM法对本测定方法的不确定度进行评定并将结果进行比较。结果:MCM法所得95%包含区间为[15.28%,16.16%],GUM法与MCM法差异较大且GUM法未通过检验。结论:MCM法所得结果作为不确定度评定结果,叠鞘石斛多糖含量测定方法准确可靠。Objective:To evaluate the uncertainty of the content determination method of polysaccharides in Dendrobium aurantiacum var.denneanum by GUM and MCM.Methods:The mathematical model was established,and the uncertainty of the content determination method was evaluated by GUM and MCM,the results of GUM and MCM were compared.Results:The 95% coverage interval by MCM was[15.28%,16.16%],the differences of the uncertainty evaluation by GUM and MCM were significant and the uncertainty evaluation by GUM was not passed the test.Conclusion:The uncertainty evaluation by MCM is used as the final result.The method of content determination of polysaccharides in Dendrobium aurantiacum var.denneanum is reliable.
