摘　　要：当前,国有企业发展面临更大的机遇和挑战,为适应发展需求,国有企业改革势在必行。国有企业深化改革是促进企业科学、可持续发展的重要途径,可以有效提升企业活力,增强企业核心竞争力和抵御风险能力。论文主要探究在国企深化改革的不同阶段可能面临的法律风险及应对方式。通过有效应对各种风险,妥善处理各类疑难问题,进一步加快改革进程,提高改革质量。At present,the state-owned enterprises are faced with more and more opportunities and challenges.In order to meet the demands of development,the reform of state-owned enterprises is imperative.The deepening reform of state-owned enterprises is an important way to promote the scientific and sustainable development of enterprises.It can enhance the vitality of enterprises,strengthen enterprise core competitiveness and its capability to resist the risks.The paper mainly explores the legal risks and the countermeasures in different stages of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises.Through effectively dealing with various risks,properly handling various difficult problems,the reform process can be accelerated and reform quality can be improved.
