摘 要:目的:为进一步利用甘草资源,为开发安全、绿色和无污染的植物源杀菌剂提供依据,对栽培甘草的化学成分进行研究。方法:运用硅胶、葡聚糖凝胶LH-20(Sephadex LH-20)及制备型高效液相色谱仪(HPLC)等多种色谱方法对甘草成分进行分离纯化,根据其理化性质和波谱数据对化合物的结构进行鉴定,采用菌丝生长速率法对甘草素(10)、半甘草异黄酮B(11)、isoangustone A(12)和粗毛甘草素C(13)4个酚类化合物进行了4种常见农业植物病原菌(油菜菌核菌、立枯丝核菌、番茄灰霉菌和小麦赤霉菌)的抗菌活性筛选。结果:从甘草中分离鉴定出14个化合物,半甘草异黄酮B和粗毛甘草素C对农业植物病原菌的抑制率较高。结论:本次实验报道了化合物10~13对常见农业植物病原菌的抗菌活性,其中半甘草异黄酮B抗菌效果显著。Objective:In order to further utilize licorice resources,provide a basis for the development of safe,green and pollution-free plant source fungicides,chemical constituents of cultivated licorice from MinqinSome were studies.Methods:The constituents were isolated by means of silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 open column,and semipreparative HPLC.The structures were identified by their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Four common agricultural plant pathogens(Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Rhizoctonia solani,Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium graminearum)were carried out for antibacterial activity screening of 4 phenolic compounds,liquiritigenin(10),semilicoisoflavone B(11),isoangustone A(12)and glyasperin C(13)by using the mycelial growth rate method.Results:14 compounds were isolated and identified from licorice.Semilicoisoflavone B and glyasperin C showed higher antibacterial rate.Conclusion:In this study,the antibacterial activities of compounds 10-13 against common agricultural plant pathogens were reported for the first time,and the antibacterial effect of semilicoisoflavone B was significant.
