菊藻丸联合化疗对中晚期胃癌患者临床效果及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨菊藻丸联合替吉奥化疗对中晚期胃癌患者临床效果及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的瘀毒内阻型中晚期胃癌患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组给予替吉奥胶囊治疗,治疗组患者给予替吉奥联合菊藻丸治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床效果、生活质量及生存质量变化。观察两组患者治疗前后相关肿瘤标志物及免疫相关指标变化。结果与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后完全缓解、部分缓解及稳定人数明显增加,有效率(94%)明显高于对照组(86%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组患者血清中肿瘤标志物CEA、CA199、CA72-4明显降低,免疫细胞CD3^+、CD4^+、IgA、IgG及IgM水平均明显升高,QOL评分明显升高,KPS及ZPS评分升高患者明显增加,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论菊藻丸联合替吉奥能有效提高中晚期瘀毒内阻型胃癌患者的临床治疗效果,有效改善患者的免疫功能,改善患者的生活质量,延长生存期。Objective To investigate the effect of Chrysanthemum Pill combined with Tigio chemotherapy on the clinical effect and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods From June 2016 to June 2018,100 patients with middle and late gastric cancer were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Tigio capsule and the patients in the observation group were treated with Tigio combined with Chrysanthemum Pill.The clinical effect and quality of life both two groups were observed.The changes of tumor markers and immune related indexes before and after treatment both two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the number of complete remission,partial dissolution and stabilization was increased significantly in the observation group after treatment,and the effective rate(94%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(86%),indicating significant difference(P<0.05).The tumor marker CEA、CA199、CA72-4 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while The serum levels of CD3^+、CD4^+、IgA、IgG and IgM and the scores of QOL,KPS and ZPS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,indicating significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Chrysanthemum Pill combined with Tigeao can effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect,immune function and the quality of life and prolong the survival time of the patients with gastric cancer with stagnation of stasis and toxin in the middle and late stages of gastric cancer.
